Can I Apply for a Loan in Canada if I owe the Government Tax Money?

Hi there, 

I need some help as I cannot find any information anywhere.
 
I owe the government some money in taxes which I am paying off monthly, can I still apply for a loan with your company?

Unfortunately, if you currently have any debts in collections we would not be able to qualify you for a loan.
